Our Team
Dr. Thomas Barrington, DDS Team Leader
TOMMY is passionate about smiling families. Whether playing in a backyard with friends, serving folks in a local church, or running around the ball field, he loves the happiness of smiles in action.
Born in Ukiah, Ca, in rural northen California's costal mountains, Tommy's time was spent as a three-sport athlete through high school. His introduction to the central valley came through playing football at Fresno State in 2002 and 2003 where he met his beautiful bride, Janay...more about her in a minute :)
Tommy continued his college with a well-rounded, Christian liberal arts education at The Master's College, in Santa Clarita, Ca, where he played baseball and graduated with a BS in Biological Science.
He graduated from the University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry, in San Francisco, with OKU honors.
Tommy has had the joy of great mentors in the dental field. His father, Dr Robert Barrigton, currently practicing in Ukiah, Ca, has been practicing dentistry for over 40 years; and Dr Xavier Gutierrez, Fresno State team dentist, has been instrumental in guiding Tommy through the progression from college athlete to dental professional.
Tommy belongs to the Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and the Fresno-Madera Dental Society.
Now on to the good stuff :) and the joy in Tommy's daily life.
JANAY, daughter of Marcia and Dr Rod Kraft, the wonderful and caring family physician and sports medicine doctor for Fresno State athletics, is a proud Fresno State alum herself. She is the loving mother of Brady and Kinley. Janay enjoys a good book, warm summer nights, and time spent on couches or in backyards with friends.
BRADY (6) is full of energy. Has mommy's eyes. Loves playing soccer in Kingsburg Youth Soccer League. Likes the backyard, his bike, books, and most of all playing outside.
KINLEY (3) is little miss "sweet". Has daddy's eyes. Likes playing whatever Brady is playing and being read to.
DEACON (1) is mr smiley. Loves the front pack and talking loud.

Cindy Lehrman, RDH Leader of Hygiene Education
Getting a jump start in dentistry while actually still in high school was all that it took for CINDY to know what she wanted to do when she grew up! Born and raised in Southern California, she started locally, as a Registered Dental Assistant and then went on to pursue her degree in Dental Hygiene venturing to Oregon Institute of Technology, in Klammoth Falls, OR. She has been practicing dentistry for nearly 30 years and has been a hygienist for over 20 of those years (many of those years working for Dr. Robert Barrington, Tommy’s dad). She will say that her love and passions are not limited to dentistry. Cindy has been married to her husband, Dave, for over 20 years after meeting and playing church league softball together in Ukiah, CA. In 2002, drawn to the farming lifestyle as well as family, Dave and Cindy along with their two young daughters, Emily (21) and Anna (19), moved to put down roots in the countryside within the Central Valley, where Dave grew up. It has been their joy to belong to the greater community, having the privilege of being involved through schools, church, sports as well as dentistry and agriculture. Together as a couple, they have enjoyed cheering for their girls as athletes both on the field as well as in the pool. Family time on the beach as well as on the ski slopes has formed some of their favorite memories. Anytime at home is also cherished in these days that can be so busy. Whether at work or at home, Cindy’s heart is with her family. She feels it is a natural extension to care for families as well as individuals within the community due to her love and devotion of being first a wife and a mother. Cindy feels truly blessed by the Lord with this wonderful combination of duty and devotion.

Margaret Kasiner, RDA Leader of Patient Relationships
Margaret's passion for dentistry came at an early age. Even as a small child she was intrigued with everything dental...from teeth cleanings, to even a filling or two :)
Margaret had the sweet opportunity to grow up in a farming family located in nearby Hanford, CA, home of the famous Superior Dairy Ice Cream. Her alma mater is Kings River Hardwick and Hanford High School. Upon graduation, she entered Galen College pursuing her dental passion and graduated top of her class. 30 years of caring for her surrounding community in a general family practice as well as orthodontic and cosmetic practices has been proof that following that little girl's passion was beneficial to all of us.
Margaret's pride and joy are her two beautiful daughters. Time with family and friends is a must to complete her day. Whether gathering flowers from her garden or gathering friends, Margaret is at her best. Through it all, as each day plays out, she will always claim that, The Lord is her strength.

Brooke Jackson, RDA Leader of Patient Comfort
Born and raised locally to Rick and Linda Jackson, Brooke is the first daughter after two boys, Wade married to Shelby, and Troy married to Josie, and followed by two sisters Holly and Kate. Brooke’s latest joy has been the sweet addition of Will Wade, born to Wade and Shelby, who made her a first time Aunt!
Raised from a long line of farmers Brooke claims the country as her home. It has always been a priority within her family to have Christ at the center of her learning and growth. Homeschooled till high school, many sweet memories where made along side her siblings and Mom. She then attended Kingsburg High and enjoyed playing libero on the volleyball team as well as pole vaulting for the track team. Brooke represented KHS her senior year as the Vikings 2013 homecoming queen. Though her academic and athletic days at KHS have come to a close, she continues to contribute to her Alma Mater through coaching Varsity volleyball. Go Vikings!
Shortly after high school she enrolled in Kaplan College’s Dental Assisting Program and graduated strong.
We welcome Brooke to our team as well as the dental profession. She brings a strong heart for The Lord as well as a fresh energy and eagerness to our office.
